Ways to partner with us

Community Engagement

We aim to create positive change within communities. Partnering with The Vinery will provide collaborative opportunities to engage with our local community, raise awareness about the issues of youth homelessness and poverty and involve your staff in our wide range of vibrant volunteer activities and community outreach programmes.

Resource Support

We would greatly appreciate resources, such as financial support or in-kind donations, to help with our various programmes and services. This support would be directed towards specific initiatives related to youth housing, learning, employability, psychology/counselling, and community development.

Skill and Expertise Sharing

Your team will have many skills and expertise that would be invaluable to our clients. For example, employees could offer mentorship or training in areas related to employability, customer service or job readiness that will empower people with valuable skills that last a lifetime.

Awareness and Fundraising

We would be so grateful if you could provide space for events or advertising opportunities to boost our mission's visibility and gather the support we need.

Job Opportunities

Opportunities are the seeds of transformation. As part of our employability programmes, we would welcome the chance to collaborate with you to create job opportunities for young people or adults who have faced challenges. This could involve providing training or access to entry-level positions, opening up a world of possibilities.

Mentorship

It would be really exciting if you could create mentorship opportunities that offer young people from Aberdeen Foyer a chance to gain real-world experience and insights into your industry that could help shape their future.

Engagement Opportunities

We would be delighted to provide opportunities for your staff to actively participate in our programmes and witness the positive impact of their support.  This could involve helping out in our Community Garden, supporting volunteers in our kitchen and café where we provide breakfast and lunches for anyone experiencing food poverty, helping with one off activities like our Summer Fayre or Christmas Dinner.

Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing

We would welcome any opportunities to work alongside your staff to share our wide range of wellbeing activities including mindfulness, resilience, mental health awareness.  These could be provided as short workshops, lunch and learn sessions or in different formats to fit with staff scheduling.
