The Vinery has been refurbished and re-purposed by Aberdeenshire Council, working in partnership with Aberdeen Foyer. 

The Vinery sits in the heart of Banff and is designed to empower community members to co-produce sustainable solutions that address local priorities and needs, increase active inclusion and build on the assets of their own community to reduce poverty, inequality and rural disadvantage and to enable inclusive growth.

The Vinery provides a welcoming and inclusive community space where people can come together, connect, contribute and thrive. Through volunteering opportunities, community-led activities and shared learning experiences, local people are supported to build confidence, develop relationships, share skills and strengthen their sense of belonging. 

The Vinery creates opportunities for residents to shape and deliver activities that matter to them, fostering community pride, wellbeing and resilience while helping to build a stronger, more connected Banff for everyone.
